Return Policy

We are happy to make an exchange if you order from www.aproseyecare.com and the item you received us the wrong item or your item is defective or damaged. Below is our return policy.

How do I return my order?

If the item received is different from the one you ordered or is defective, please contact us at aproseyecare@gmail.com within 14 days from date of receipt. Your email should include pictures showing that the item is incorrect or defective.

All refunds require customers to send the incorrect or defective item back to the headquarters of Apros Eyecare. located in Kuala Lumpur, within 14 days from the date of receipt.

*Important: Please do not send the returned item to us before you receive an email notification advising you to do so. You are required to print out the email notification and include the print out with your returned items during postal.

Upon receiving the returned item, an inspection will be carried out to ensure the item is in its original condition. It may take between 3 to 7 working days to complete the inspection process.

Upon confirming that the return request is valid, a replacement item will be issued to you within 30 days from that confirmation date, via standard postage, where carrier will be decided by Apros Eyecare

Alternatively, a refund can be processed and may incur an estimated processing time below.

Refunds in the form of cash are not possible.

Terms and conditions

Returned item(s) must be in original condition, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

Return is only applicable to items purchased online and delivered within Malaysia.

Return is not applicable to prescription glasses, size does not fit, change of mind and items damaged due to negligence.

Apros Eyecare reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any item that does not comply with the above requirements and will return the item to you at your cost.
